Meet the Team

Our Senior Leadership Team is made up of three of our church family.

Natalie Porter, Lauren O’Neill, Benji O’Neill. Click on their name below to learn a little more about them and to find out how to contact them.

  • Assistant Pastor, with responsibility to Ministry

    Lauren is married to Benji. She loves travelling with Benj, beautiful interiors, hanging out with her nieces and hosting dinner parties. Her favourite way to spend an hour or two is a catch up brunch (good coffee is a must) with anyone who will talk about loving life and following God.

    Lauren is one of our Assistant Pastors at House who is responsible to ensure the spiritual health and development of the ministries in our Church and to oversee the activity in the weekly life of our Church family.

  • Executive Pastor

    Natalie, with her husband Richard has 4 kids, one son in law and one granddaughter. Her best days, (and if you chat to Nat, you’ll soon see that she has a lot of ‘best day ever’ moments) are usually spent in Sabbath with Rich, eating good food and discovering a new area of Ireland.

    In House, Natalie oversees our building, coffeehouse, and all legal and financial areas working closely with our Board of Directors.

  • Assistant Pastor, with responsibility to Worship & Gatherings

    Benji is married to Lauren, who he deeply loves (can you imagine who is writing this, haha). Benji loves anything active whether that be climbing or downhill mountain biking with friends.

    At House Benji is the other of our two Assistant Pastors, who leads our worship and gatherings on a Sunday morning and throughout the week, ensuring that we are listening to God’s leading and guiding for our services and times together as a church family.

Leadership Structure

Lead Team

The day to day running of House Church is delegated to the Senior Lead/ Lead Team, consisting of the Executive Pastor, Assistant Pastors (Ministry & Worship and Gatherings), Compassion Pastor, Teaching Pastor, Kids Pastor, Youth Pastor and YA Pastor. We then have our staff members of Kids Worker, Administration, Finance and Creative Director.


Board of Elders

Decisions on Spiritual direction and policy are made by the Board of Elders, consisting of 3 members, this group meets monthly to pray, to seek God and ensure the spiritual wellbeing of the church is in line with the vision of the church.


Board of Directors

Decisions on policy and governance are made by the Board of Directors, who are also the trustees of House Church, consisting of 6 members. The members meet monthly and are responsible for the policy, governance, and financial management of the organisation. The Executive Pastor sits on the Board as a member who reports to the Board of trustees on operational running of the church and staff.

Retired morning is on this Wednesday! Our retired morning offers a space for community and connection for those in our church family who are retired - there is no age bracket, so if you are retired and fancy coming along you are so welcome! Wednesd
DC is on this Monday! Our Discipleship community meets every other Monday night at 7.30pm and is a place to spend time with and learn alongside others in our church family outside of a Sunday morning. So come along and we'll see you there!
