Operations Manager -

House Church is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to maintain and enhance efficiency across our church operations. This role requires someone who can problem-solve, lead teams, and oversee diverse projects and plans to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and long-term growth.

This person will:

• Lead and manage operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with church goals.

• Provide leadership and guidance to volunteer teams, contractors, and business relationships.

• Skilled in problem solving and decision-making under varying circumstances.
