Connection and discipleship are two priorities in our youth ministry! We create a fun, chill space to enable our youth to build friendships and to connect with the leaders.

We also spend time learning more about God, to help our young people grow into knowing the love God has for them, and developing a love for He who wants to walk beside them daily.

FAQ

  • House Youth is a ministry dedicated to the young people of our church family and beyond. It’s a space for young people to connect with others and learn more about life with God. It’s a place for them to find and pursue a relationship with Jesus, while engaging in community with other young people and leaders who strive to encourage them on their faith journey and daily lives.

  • Youth Fridays are a night for our young people to let loose! We spend time connecting, playing games and taking part in challenges. This is followed by time spent engaging in teaching in a way that is relevant and full of the truth of scripture. Then we spend some time discussing the teaching in a relaxed space where questions are always welcome!

  • On Youth Sundays we head out of the main auditorium and up to room 222 after worship with our larger church family. This is time where we study the bible together, connect with one another and get some teaching directed specifically to young people and the realities of their world.

  • Of course! House x Youth is a ministry within House Church, but it isn’t only for those who come on a Sunday. All young people from Year 8 - Year 14 are welcome, so come along! We would love to have you.
