Prayer Houses

Following on from the prayer houses we held at Easter in 2023, we felt lead to continue to meet in homes to pray. To pray for one another and to pray for our church family, with our House being one built upon the foundation of the prayers of it's people. Prayer Houses will run independently throughout this next season, and we would encourage you to jump into one (or two!).

What is a prayer house?

As a church we wanted to create spaces for our family to gather in closer, more intimate settings on an ongoing basis.

The purpose will be to have community, to pray together and spend time in scripture.

Pray for one another in friendship.

Without making this an organisational programme, we felt strongly that we wanted to encourage you to invite one or two friends into intentional prayer for each other.

Some pointers on how to do this:

  • Commit to praying for one another daily from Sep to Dec.

  • Send prayer requests to each other and stay in touch.

  • Share answered prayers with one another.

  • Meet frequently to pray in person and to share how God is speaking to you.

How do I attend a prayer house?

If you'd like to attend a prayer house, head to our calendar on our website and sign up. From there you will receive details of where your prayer house will be gathering. If you have any struggle with this, please get in touch! If all our prayer houses fill up, we'll add more so don't fret. We can't wait to see these houses filled with prayers to encourage one another and to lift our community.
